Looking forward to taking part in this challenge. Working hard in the yard; spread 6 big bags of mulch yesterday, and will do 4 more today. Also have compost to spread in another section, and weeding to do.

Down 0.4 lbs. on Sunday's weigh-in; good to be in the 160's again, even if only barely.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
