I'm so excited! Despite the cake and treats, I have still lost a considerable amount of weight this week. Maybe this is a sign that my body is in "fat burn" mode. I went and worked out this morning for 1 hour and I feel great.
100.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
