Had my 2nd vaccine dose so didn't exercise for 3 days but still ate healthy foods. This proves to myself that a healthy diet & staying under my maintenance caloric level is what matters the most in this journey (for me at least.)

Can’t even walk my daughter‘s dog at the moment due to her broken leg and I must confess I don’t miss it. I’m a horrible person
