一整晚因為胃食道逆流太痛苦了,睡不好,也因為想說這幾天都沒睡好不舒服,所以只做拉伸,哈,體脂就上來了,雖然波(不)動(精)大(準)但多少有些輔助,畢竟昨天肉類吃的比較多,沒運動(但是飯後站了兩個小時,因為一直脹氣)。
