On my days of not drinking I often crave sugar, a product that barely exists in my life normally. I'm substituting drinking tea for drinking honey and lemon. It seems to be working, day 3, zero craving, normal day 3 weight loss as the fluid departs my body...next few days will tell the story!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
