Now I’m totally on a very strong diet change
I have to take care of me now because no one else well. I have to start watching what I eat mark everything down write in my journal that’s my only way that I’m going to lose this weight. No eating at night no alcohol for the next 30 days
71.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
