Jumped on scale after my weekend travels…I was shocked because I actually lost weight! Well, even though I was traveling and eating pretty much what I wanted, I did pay attention to quantity and quality. I mean if I’ve given myself permission to go for it, then it better be worth it! Quantity is another thing, I find that it does not take much to satiate the hunger. Guess, this old dog is still learning!
100.5 kg Lost so far: 34.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
