Slow and steady. At least I am maintaining. I know the last 17 pounds are so will be the hardest to lose. I have made a few changes to my diet in hopes that it helps. I have added a protein shake to my morning breakfast and post workout. I cut the scoop dose in half to make the calories less. I also am taking flaxseed oil and eating a fiber bar everyday to um...regulate me more. I don't know about anyone else but dieting has made my digestion out of whack.
