像是著魔般一直吃都不停

女生食慾有時和荷爾蒙分泌有連帶關係……還有節食一段期間因為體內所需物質不足,生理自發反應也會讓食慾激增適時補充能量,放輕鬆偶爾大吃一頓無妨的😄

我有時也會這樣,有那麼一兩天,總會不受控⋯像我上禮拜就有一天,不誇張,瞬間吃完5條77乳加巧克力😨 那天熱量、糖攝取量整個爆表😅 ~但慶幸的是,隔天體重沒變,或許,是因為平時還算吃的健康,所以偶爾亂吃,就不至於反彈吧! 😆

對,我隔天體重也沒變化,但也可能我偷吃步,我一直睡睡醒醒故意賴到11點才量體重😅🤣🤣🤣🤣自我催眠術😁😁😁
