Omron 9.3%
Numbers down across the board today, including 1.2 lbs. I guess I've changed from slow daily losses to big moves every 5 or so days. Apparently this is common. It also tells me that I'm still running a non-trivial calorie deficit despite bumping up what I eat by several hundred. More confirmation that the BodyMedia isn't totally off the mark, I suppose....
Anyway, I'm actually taking the morning off from exercise! Shocking, I know. But I'll have a more strenuous routine tonight, and I needed some more time to recuperate. Trying to let it sink in that I'm not going to balloon up instantly if I take a rest break now and then....although the fact that exercise now feels good makes it easy to stay in a hyper-diligent routine.
