喔摸⋯今天有點懶惰,一早量完之後居然沒有登記,不過今天總算是上廁所了,上完肚子小好多~其他明天的數據~如果明天71以下,就表示又要開始往下走了~明天起也會比較正常一點,家人不舒服的狀況也比較好,就可以不用那麼擔心,或是要儲備體力,然後也要按時睡覺,雖然看起來還不到一點,但覺得過了12點睡隔天就會覺得不太有精神,果然還是自律點好。加油加油💪
