I had the same problem, I started at 1900 calories which is what this app said to do, then I cut down to 1600 calories and the weight started to come off. Don’t give up, calorie counting does work. You just have to find the deficit you need 🥰

Maybe just knock off 100 of your daily allowance to kickstart your bod. It’s awful when we plateau and that’s when we can cave in … but keep going it’s best to plateau than put weight on!

I have tried intermittent fasting recently. It was helpful to get the scales moving and feels like you are giving the whole system a cleanse somehow.

Thanks for all the advice will try changing my meal plans as I have tried eating less calories each day
I am waiting for knee replacement so struggle with the exercise x
