For a month now I've been able to regularly go to the gym every 4 days which I'm happy with :)

I also averaged 11,000 steps last week because I went out to spend time with family and friends almost every day.

I'm happy that I'm consistently making progress, I'm thinking about 3 more months and then I'll get to my goal :)
74 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
