Had a slight hitch in the middle of my first full week, still doing OK but a family death took me away from home. Without a PC in front of me and my own kitchen, I'm pretty useless. Back now and back on track...still alcohol free after about 2 weeks, (lost track a bit now) even went to an afternoon tea session where prosecco was flowing and drank fruit juice...Started back very slowly at a bit of activity other than fixing houses, walked 3 miles with my son and dog, no foot pain. It's a bizarre issue, most people need to become obese before they start suffering foot pain through their weight, my body clearly doesn't like the excess I'm carrying, we're all different I guess.
