Down 4.3 lbs so far. Just the beginning. Even turned down an offer to drink with the boys, as we all know what alcohol can do to a diet. Starting to feel like I'm in the zone.
147.7 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 57.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
