Breaking bones is always a huge shock to your body and your life. Depression just comes with it I think. Hopefully it wasn't a really bad break. Doctors are good at putting them back together though. I've broke bones in my hand (4th and 5th metacarpal), ribs, and had bone cut out of my shoulder. All on different occasions. But they are all as good as new, better even. Just listen to your doc and physical therapist, you'll be feeling better in no time! You'll be able to work around your injury soon too.

Well that sucks! Take care of yourself. When you feel better you can still get out for some walks.
