I have decided that for the first time in 3.5 months I will not be logging the food weights today. Today I am focusing on my mental health and will be spending the day at our pond with my best friend. Work is crazy stressful and short staffed, and I need a day to just relax. I would normally feel guilty about this, but not today. Today is for summer memories.
