After a week of struggle, I've finally been able to make some more progress!

I've now been going to the gym once every 3 days for the last week, I'm going to keep that up.

I've also found that now I just want any excuse to go out, either for a walk or to hang out with friends, so I feel I'm generally more active now as well :)
73.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
