I’m super aggravated! Started a new protocol and seems to not really be moving anywhere but up for the most part. So glad to touch base with my weight loss counselor this morning. I need some direction for sure!! I hate stalling and “wasting time”
99.1 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I found out that I waited to long to move out of my stall! I needed to have a Steak day earlier than I did
