好像這兩天熱量攝取少了,所以身體有點在囤積熱量⋯(魔品的建議)喔喔⋯原本還期待今天的數據來著⋯🥲
哈⋯熱量攝取爆了⋯雖然前幾天都攝取不夠,所以想說今天補回來一些,結果沒想到會超過1700大卡,就算這樣也很期待明天的數據啦,不同的方式看看會有什麼結果,也可以更確定現在自己的代謝到哪裡。不過今天有勞動,應該還不至於太慘吧?終於理解運動選手是怎麼在退休之後胖的了😂
