my weight is starting to slow a lil bit.. but i know within the next couple days when my period is over i'll probably drop another 5 pounds or so( thats what usually happens)

86.5 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg. Still to go: 23.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
