Today I stepped on the scale and I lost a little more weight! It's just the beginning.
After I ate a protein bar and filled my coffee cup I went for a walk, too long of a walk! walked for 1hr 45 min and my dogs are barkin'! I feel good beside that and hope not too sore tomorrow. I have plantar fasciitis right now and it's hard to push through that pain sometimes. The struggle is real!
109.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
