早餐 大熱拿 培根三明治幾口…還是別再買早餐了浪費錢
中餐 丼飯
晚餐 鴨胸便當飯幾口…飯太難吃
鳳梨檸檬冰
48.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
