susah nya nurunin 1 kilo smpe 2 minggu.. kmrn bkn jam 6 target jam 8 blm tercapai, hr ini sabtu mudah2an aman dr sisa nasi anak, tahu krispi, kentang. br msk kopi saja, nanti siang kopi lg.. tp td mlm cheating sisa nasi kerupuk udang, manti mlm g blh cheating
hr ini ultah ku bb 59
