Starting the gym this weekend. Diet alone is too slow. Been eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Did have 1 day of cheating with licorice goodies but only about a cup full.
92.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
