Finally!!! I am in the 160's!! I am so happy. I have not seen that number in over 8 years! It is making me want to try harder to make sure I don't go back up to the 170's. This has been a long time coming and I am feeling pretty good!

76.7 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg. Still to go: 4.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
