Still got one foot on the bandwagon. Guess that means I haven't failed and I haven't given up either!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Remember, this is about your health first, then weight last. Put both feet in the bandwagon buddy. You'll appreciate the ride a whole lot better and reach your goal a whole lot faster. I wish you well

Thanks for the support. Keeping both feet on at the same time has been a challenge, but my determination is still there!
