The first loss in weeks 0.5kg hope it’s the first of many 🤞
111.5 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have noticed when I diet it comes in 3 stages. The first is to stop putting on weight. The second is to stabilise. The third is to start losing. Hopefully, that is where you are now!
