中餐14:00 鐵板燒
18:30 鳳梨粉圓冰
10:30 蒜味雞湯
48.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
