Akhirnya 54 juga. Padahal makan selalu diatas target 1400, rata2 di 1500-1600. Jogging/jalan 3-4x seminggu total durasi 1 jam. Kadang jog 5k, kadang 10k. Minimal bisa balik lagi 52kg kayak sblm nya dah bagus bgt.
