well I don't eat any carbs at all. No rice, beans, bread, pasta, potatoes and fruit. Now since I am going off cholesterol medicine because my body can not tolerate them. They tried four kinds. My reaction went from bad to worse I'm done trying. So I went to store and picked up either zero cholesterol replacements or super low items like tofu cheese, morning star sausage etc. I conquered carbs I can conquer cholesterol.. Guessing it will take at least 30 days to make it a lifestyle 🤞
