Down about another pound and a half, that feels good. Feeling nervous for the weekend. I've been doing well and don't want to screw up my progress. We're going camping for 4 days and I'm trying to think of healthy, easy things to take. I'm thinking about entering my meals ahead of time so I can try to stay on track. Any suggestions? We know what we're doing for breakfasts mostly but any suggestions would help for meals or snacks. What are your favorites for camping on a diet? I know a few things we usually take but some fresh ideas are always nice. There won't be much to do where we are going (Christmas Valley, Oregon where my dad owns a little land to shoot his guns) and I am planning to walk a lot (it's just desert out there) and hopefully stay occupied so I don't graze on all the junk food my family will want to bring.

Hopefully you are all doing well and have a nice weekend. Any plans for Labor day for any of you?
