Yesterday I ate out for lunch with a friend at Qdoba. I got on their website to see what the nutrition content was for my meal. I am shocked! I thought I was being "good" with my choices - naked chicken burrito with no cheese or sour cream. I did get guacamole (I love it!). Even with my "good" choices, my meal still had 755 calories! While I find this depressing, I do like Qdoba's website as it has a nutrition calculator.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
