little to eat; almost NO poop since Friday appendectomy. I refused to record the gain that happened after the appendectomy and almost no eating x3 days. so today's new low YES!

I CAN NEVER TRUST A NEW LOW. IT SEEMS THAT IT IS ALWAYS FOLLOWED BY A 5-DAY GAIN. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

61.3 kg Lost so far: 28.4 kg. Still to go: 7.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I seem to experience a slight gain after hitting a new low. I’ve come to realize that sometimes that gain is water and not fat. This is a little encouraging but also discouraging at the same time because a gain is a gain. 🙃
