喔摸摸摸⋯晚上喝了一杯蜜桃茶加桑椹果醬,所以攀升了嗎?不過最近真的要好好再執行,最近真的好放鬆喔⋯⋯穿褲子感覺沒之前那麼寬鬆,呀~加油啊💪距離結束還有12天,撐一下撐一下!

哇啊⋯太久沒動,然後又沒做暖身,坐了十分鐘的無氧就感覺快鐵腿了⋯⋯然後細腿拉伸也是,腳打開的幅度明顯少了許多,還是要固定運動。
