So I've started exercising at the gym three days a week with a trainer. In addition I'm doing at least 20 minutes on the treadmill utilizing a fat burning program 4 days a week. I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and I've lost no weight. I haven't gone crazy with food though I've been hungrier then ever. Very disappointed. I was hoping to have lost at least 1 lb by now. Being this sore should result in some weight loss!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
