Thrilled to have crossed the 230 mark today.
I slept 9:30 hours and yet woke up tired - snorelab app score 18 (the less the better, i was at 7 yesterday) this app is reality instrumental in monitoring potential sleep apnea now that I have stopped using the CPAP machine due to the Philips recall. My nurse practitioner told me informally that the cancer risk outweighs the sleep apnea risk. Loosing weight is my main strategy and drive to address sleep apnea at some point. my nervous system has to relearn to breathe on his own after 5 years with CPAP machine assistance why I think rewired my brain to reallocate some unused neurones to do something else :)

fat: 23.0%, water: 60.6%, muscle: 33.2%
104.2 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
