fat 23,7 water 60.1, muscle 32.8
I went on a date yesterday, delayed dinner time by two hours and ate in an Italian restaurant carbonara style pasta with seafoods, had a one cup ice cream afterwards, stay up 2.5 hours after dinner, went to bed around 11 and got up at 7 as usual via alarm clock this morning to keep the rythm.
Gain weight after a single event is not as bad as it seems, more salt and food in transit through the body, let's see how long before I erase the glitch, i would guess 3 to 5 days. snorelab score today was good again, i was using a CPAP firmer pillow
106.3 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 14.6 kg a Week
