My work schedule inferred with my workout plans (and, let's be honest, the better part of my week!) - hard to do much of anything when you're scheduled to work a couple of 10 and 12 hour days...
75.7 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
