well i am will be putting in the food from Friday, Saturday and today but know I didn't do well on our trip to Oklahoma from South Carolina and very little exercise so EEK. But still lost 4lbs this week!
Friday actual points: 45 Saturday Actual points: 61 (ouch see what traveling across country does to you!!! -- need to get chocolate and cheetos out of the rv)

But my exercise surprisingly was up with the up and down in the RV and playing tag with Jea for 2 hours between Sat and Sun!
