早上量體重,沒降低的數字,有點小失望!
昨晚8:45吃完晚餐,今天168斷食要到12:45進食。上午沒有前兩天的低血糖現象,很棒!
晚餐七點完食,連續五天700卡都有確實做到,要繼續堅持!
52 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
