體重不動如山,真沮喪!想吃麵包,餅干和月餅!!!好羨慕大胃女王。
今曰也沒有低血糖現象,168輕鬆達成!
七百卡耐力賽靠的是毅力!
晚餐忍不住吃了小麵包,今天澱粉超標啦!果然想瘦成一道閃電是遙不可及旳夢想!
