9st 12.5 (3.5 on at WW!) Horrific result at WW, tho not unexpected, and over two weeks not quite as bad as this much in one week! That put me over ten stone, so altho I'm still under goal I prefer to be under ten so I started tracking again. Two days completed successfully, which is why this week's loss is so small, but hopefully better things await next week :-) Today I have an Austen lunch to go to, and tomorrow a "Mr Darcy Unwrapped" afternoon tea with MIL, both dressing up events, which will be lovely but of course the food is out of my hands. I don't want to turn down food that I've paid for so it's a matter of choosing wisely where I can and maintaining balance the rest of the week. Hopefully not famous last words! Should find out my new hours Monday, so that will help to plan my routine to fit some exercise in.
62.8 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
