體重稍降,開心!繼續努力堅持不放棄!
今日168也達成,七百卡有點懸!中餐的麵包又犯規了😅😅😅
晚餐用去皮雞腿和豆腐蔬菜救場!7:35完食。
拿了月餅,忍住貪吃塞給女兒,給自己拍拍手!!
下午打了BNT疫苗,希望持續都平安。
