The weight is packing back on so fast and my clothes are tight & reflecting the gain. I’ve gained 20 pounds back since May, but still down 25 pounds.
I’m worth taking care of.
I can start with WATER. And light EXERCISE. (knee injury will slow me). Limit SUGAR. Already too much Halloween candy. Limit SNACKS. Cheese its, etc.
