Finally getting back on track (other than that pizza last night I had a bit too much of, but was within my weekly bonus points). Feeling great and finally seeing more weight loss! Woot!
98.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
