2011年曾認真減重,又是吃中藥又是針灸,從53降到48。
之後有好好控制體重在49多年,直到45歲,不忌口的苦果就是體重二年多攀升至53!下定決心不再只是嘴上說減肥而是要確實執行!
即將來到48歲,期許自己成功達成48的目標,並維持下去!GO!
