Last night (Friday) we ate dinner and I was full. Afterwards, I think because it is the weekend and habit I started to want something but did'nt know what. I really feel this is habit more than anything else. I did not cave in though which was really good for me. We were supposed to go hike today but it is supposed to rain this afternoon. We will go tomorrow and if all goes well make "the destination" That will be a 16 mile hike.
