低熱量飲食第15天,兩星期只減了1.5公斤,進度緩慢!
晚飯後不再隨便進食也逐漸適應中!
不愛動的我,飯後就要坐要躺,這二天改成飯後站立,昨天十分鐘就不行了,今天多站五分鐘。(沒想到靠牆站立也會累會流汗)
熱愛運動的人真了不起!
