Good morning friends! So finally had my knee surgery, unfortunately I had lots of complications, bleeding after surgery, super low blood pressure, no meds or pain killers, anemia etc, still in pain, but now managing to use my stacionary bike for 20, and 30 minutes ( x2 a day), go up and down my stairs, have a 0° extended, and 126° bending angle, after almost 3 month! So I'm back, and trading very hard to keep loosing pounds and reaching my goal. Take care, stay strong, and Sí podemos!!!
